As a project develops, we work collectively with local building departments and associated agencies to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely and efficient fashion. Once the initial planning and design have been completed to the satisfaction of all relevant decision-makers, we develop a comprehensive budget — then use all of our skills, talents, and negotiating power to stick to it.
The entitlement — or permit review — process ensures that all proposed construction projects comply with local ordinances and design standards. We serve as your representatives during this phase, arranging and attending the necessary meetings to make certain that the application submittal process runs as smoothly as possible. While applying for entitlements can be cumbersome and time-consuming, we take over the responsibility for you — fielding questions, addressing concerns, undertaking due-diligence reports, and coordinating the payment of all applicable fees.
From the moment we pick up the first tool until the last bit of sawdust is swept from the floor, our respect for the entire project is apparent. We assign an active superintendent to plan and schedule the work sequence, so clients have the convenience of a single contact person to provide status updates and other timely information. In keeping with our green building ethic, we consistently implement LEED standards for indoor air quality throughout construction, as well as manage and document the requirements for LEED-certified projects. We also provide the integration and necessary documentation for bank requisitions.
